An anthropogenic change refers to the production of green house gases causing climate change/global warming.

So an example of an anthropogenic change would be the melting of the polar ice caps as this is caused by global warming. ^_^

do you think that imperialist countries, for example Great Britain, have an obligation to developing nations to “make up” for past imperialist policies, including discrimination and restricted economic oppurtunities? If so, what could possibly be done to make amends? If not, why do you think there is no obligation?

Well that’s like owing black people for all the slavery or how a if you have a certain percentage of Indian in you you can go to college free. I don’t think you could ever fully amend things just try to make them better.
