Question by Socialist Waste 101: Why do the people of the Climate Change Summit want the US to give 100 Billion dollars to developing nations?
1. Since America apparently gives off a lot of CO2, shouldn’t we be domestically fixing our emissions instead of giving money to corrupted Nations?
2. Is Obama abusing his executive power by dodging congress to make this wealth redistribution happen?

We have plenty of money for war and killing people. We don’t seem able to come up with any money for saving people.

1) NO. if the US gives off a lot of CO2, then we should invest in clean energies…not go in debt loaning other nations money to invest in clean energies. Besides, the money will go to nations who have extremely corrupt governments. 3rd world nations keep the money in the government, they do not distribute the nations wealth with the people they govern over.
2) Yes, all treaties must be approved by the Senate. All treaties signed with the UN that are not approved by the Senate are high acts of treason.

1. Yes and not all of them are corrupt, don’t declare absolutes when you don’t know for sure.
2. It will probably have to go before congress and if it doesn’t then i agree that it is an abuse of power. I don’t see this as wealth redistribution just foreign aid.

I suggest all the environmentalists quit breathing. Right now. That is a lot of co2 we wouldn’t pollute with.
They are socialists. That is what they want.

The deal announced at the summit was for $ 30 billion, with the US share of $ 3.6 billion. And yes, the money would have to be appropriated by Congress, so no, Obama cannot actually commit any money at all now.

In a way, I wish it were true, that the developing countries would get back some money, they have been raped and looted by these corporations for many years. Therefore it should be the MEGA corporations that pay back these countries because they have been looting them for years.
Why does the tax payer have to AGAIN subsidize the corporate welfare state?
Also, those carbon taxes are going into the IMF (International Monetary Fund) account. Why would those funds go directly into the international banker custody? Well, this is now an attempt to loot the developed nations, since they already OWN the third world…Please realize this is the greatest heist in global history to transfer even MORE wealth to a few, very powerful elites who control governments and nations.
This has nothing to do with 3rd world corrupt leaders, they are bought and paid for by the international bankers or IMF.

They don’t approve of you. They think that they ought to have more money, and that the best people to give them more money are the Americans. If you pander to them, they will conclude that they were right, and will expect a lot more. They would preferably like to be richer than you are. You may notice that some of the ‘developing nations’ such as Uganda, Zimbabwe, etc. are not in fact developing, but have reverted to political savagery. No you should not give them money, and no you should not ‘fix’ your CO2 emissions, because there is no valid reason to do so.
I am not strong enough on the constitution to be able to say whether the President is abusing his executive power, but I suspect he is not. This conference is largely about increasing the prestige of the people who take part in it (that and begging of course). It would diminish the Presidents domestic image if he were to do anything which exceeded his powers at this conference, so he probably won’t. What is most likely to happen, is that the money you already give no-account ghetto countries in the sun as foreign aid, will be renamed and passed off as climate change money. It will all still end up in the pockets of rich foreign crooks anyway, but that is the way a bribe works.

To reduce America to a 3rd world country. They also say they need to rid the world of the US and make sure there is never another US on this planet. It would destroy the world with global climate change to let all people on the planet have a decent standard of living. There are proposals for population control, including birth and mortality limits – It is disgusting.
Yes, Obama is in will violation of the Congress. The World Courts recognize the right of Presidents to treaty. Our constitution provides for it, without Congress, related to “policy”, but requires congress for specifics. It beats me how quotas, and transfer of money is deemed “policy” in Obama or Hillery’s mind. They intend to use the EPA, a branch of the Executive, and Order them to distribute the funds under the clean air act. I guess the theory is the Congress approved the Clean Air Act, so further approval is not needed. In my opinion, all the deeming of the Constitution to be a flawed document and open admission that he needs to overcome the obstacle of the Constitution, is Treason. He took an Oath to uphold and defend it, and not only is he not doing so, but his violations involve foreign nations, and the transfer of assets and power from the United States to foreign nations, that is, by its very nature, TREASON.
